Attention all youth! You are cordially invited to attend the Enchanted Storybook Semi-Formal, taking place on April 19th, 2024 from 7-10pm at the Elora Historical Library located at 7722 Sixth Line, Elora.

This is a free event and you are welcome to bring any of your friends along. However, please ensure that you fill out the RSVP form for each of your friends. Kindly respond by April 17th to confirm your attendance.

Join us for our upcoming Sunday Potluck event! Please bring a homemade or purchased dish to share (for example: salad, entrée, rice/potatoes, dessert). This is a great opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and try some delicious homemade/purchased dishes from others. This church likes to eat so don’t count on leftovers!

No registration is necessary. Please bring serving utensils that are labelled with your name on it. It would also be helpful to label your dish if it is vegetarian, gluten-free or dairy-free (Veg - GF - DF).

There will only be plates for this event so please don’t bring soups or something that needs a bowl.

Who doesn’t love a Tailgate Party?! Who doesn’t love Fall things?! We’re merging the two to make a Fall Tailgate Party.

Tailgate Parties are when you park and open the rear hatch, tailgate, whatever your vehicle’s got. You pull out your lawn chairs, BBQ, food and enjoy hanging out with friends. We’re going to add Carve Your Own Pumpkins and some fall fun games to make this a Fall Tailgate Party.

What you need to know:

• Bring your own food, BBQ, lawn chairs, blankets - whatever you need to make this as comfortable as possible. If you don’t have a portable BBQ ask a friend or bring a picnic.

• Bring your pumpkin and any carving utensils.

Please register so we know the number of partakers and so we don’t have all pies and no soup (although no one would complain, I’m sure).

What to expect:

• If you’re bringing a pie or soup you will drop it off in the cafeteria before service. We’ll keep the soup warm. Please bring a labelled ladle.

• If you could label your pie or soup and also write the ingredients for our dietary-restricted folks - that would be most helpful.

• We’ll take care of soup bowls, plates, utensils, etc.

The various leadership teams will give an update on what is happening within their team, there will be a time of encouragement and a time of prayer…and of course, time to hang out with each other.

Calling all youth!

Our Youth Group is starting back up on September 12th! We’ll be meeting at Heritage in the Chapel again this year from 7-9pm. We're so excited to kick off another year of crazy meaningful fun together. Can't wait to see you all there!

Our Youth Group is made up of students from grade 7-12.

The Nursery will reopen on September 10th, 2023. It serves infants up to the age of 4.

How do I sign-up my child for Nursery?

1) Register your child(ren) with the NLF Nursery BEFORE September 10. This can be done by going to the check-in desk upon arrival.  You can complete the registration process by using a QR code (online link to NLF registration form) or by clicking HERE and completing it now. Rest assured that your child's information will not appear in the NLF church directory.

2) September 10th and each Sunday thereafter, you need to check-in your baby/toddler BEFORE the service starts at the desk in the lobby, just like we do for all children who are part of Sunday School (where you will get a name label printed out for your child and a security label for yourself).

When do the children go to Nursery?

Bring your child(ren) to the nursery after worship ends, when the older children are dismissed for Sunday School.

Where is the Nursery?

The Nursery is located in the lounge near the chapel on the upper level.

We extend our gratitude to all our adult and youth volunteers for their valuable contribution.

Backyard grillin’, good conversation and yummy food - what more could one want?!

Join us in a New Lifer’s backyard for some grilled meat. The guests will be asked to bring a salad or dessert to help contribute to the meal.

Locations will be revealed in July for participants to sign up for a particular backyard.

NLF is having a church picnic at Kiwanis Park where we can eat, swim, and play. There will be a game or two of volleyball, and there’s a playground for the kids.

Bring your own food and we’ll supply the drinks and dessert. We’ve reserved the Beachside Shelter which is to the left of the pools.

Cost: Child Admission (0-17): $4.24 per guest

Adult Admission (18-54): $6.36 per guest

Senior Admission (55+): $4.24 per guest

You’ll pay at the gate when you arrive.
